They took my truck in promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. They fixed the problem at a very reasonable price and I was out the door. People were great as well. Will definitely be back if I need service. Another shop couldn't do what they did which proves they are better then most. Great job ladies and gentlemen! Thank you!

I had a great experience working with Damien. Very detailed and dedicated. He was very helpful and professional. He went the extra mile to get the job done. I am very satisfied . Thermo King repaired my reefer on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks a lot guys for a job well done.

My unit lost all its freon overnight. Stopping at this TK was a blessing. Damian, the tech that fixed my trailer showed the go and get it done energy that I love to see as an OO. I asked questions to educate myself and he gladly answered them. Will definitely keep this facility and Damian as my go to shop when in the area. 🫡

Ok so to start of if you have equipment that isn’t thermoking know that they will over charge you for that. Ok so i have a carrier refer and called them to see if they could change a fuel filter. The person that answered said yes so i was there with in 30 minutes. They got my refer in a bay quickly the check in process was smooth. The lady at the front desk was nice the mechanics are cool and one of them seems very knowledgable. Ok so here is where it all went wrong…. They charged me $264.97 to change out a fuel filter!!! Mind blowing. I talked to some dude at the counter which later I was told he was the manager or supervisor not sure. Told him that was crazy for a filter change out. He kinda thought it was funny how upset I got and made some comments about well how else are we supposed to make money. Sir make money by not robbing from your customers. So be warned this place will over charge you if you are not hauling tk equipment. Ohh and by the way since i paid for that brake cleaner bottle I want it. I know the mechanic didn’t use the whole bottle. Next time im near you im coming for my brake cleaner.

Absolutely would not recommend for a tripac install. There isn't much they did right. From metal shavings left behind in the fuel tank, the ac compressor going out before 200 hours, leaking fuel pickup, the ugly install, lacy of communication, or drilling unnecessary holes under the bunk that I now have to cover with electrical tape. I'm sure they're just fine with service but I would not reconent for any sort of install on something that doesn't have step by step instructions.
