From the begining Superior Mechanical has been over the top wonderful. Brittany set up our account, Tracey scheduled the work and Kyle went out to the location. Each one of them were super helpful, EXPLAINED every detail and truly had our best interest in mind. The communication is wonderful and I could not ask for a better group to take care of our commercial property. If peace of mind is what your looking for CALL THEM!!!

Zach came to my home this morning stayed 2hours cleaned,checked connections replaced old parts. He left about 11 outside unit stopped working called Superior about 2:30 Zach came back just after 7 fixed the problem he was very polite and knowledgeable he felt bad the unit stopped working it was just a loose wire I would recommend Superior Mechanical to everyone had a great experience with them would definitely call them again
Have used these folks for years on my rental house. Very pleased. But on the latest job, not so much. Gas was cut off to my mom's house when PNG (Piedmont Nat Gas) meter guy saw meter running. Called Superior. Not happy with their attempts to address the issue. But, after a meeting with customer service and a review of what happened, they stepped up and will make it right. I can handle a mess up when you step up. I have edited and condensed my original post and look forward to their final fixes.
We've been working with Superior for years and in every instance, they live up to their name! Exceptional service in a timely fashion and while I'm sure all of their technicians are very capable and qualified, Zach Caviness is 1st class! Thank you guys
