Sunbelt is a great company! They are so friendly and flexible with scheduling and their service is great. One of the best things is they have always sent the same technician to our house. We've been using Sunbelt for two years now, with their twice-per-year maintenance package (highly recommended). Anthony has always been the technician to do the work - he is awesome! He is so friendly, capable with the work, and is great to talk to. I can't recommend Sunbelt enough!
Am I ever so grateful for this company. End of the day today, my oldest of 4 boys sends me a picture of our thermostat and it was 86° in our house. The ac went out. Called a different place because it came up on Google first and they said it would be tomorrow before they’d make it out. Called Sunbelt, and within the same hour of placing that call, Anthony pulled up in his van and fixed it in minutes. He was so unbelievably nice, and so understanding. The prices were much better than what we were told with the first place we called. My family is so happy about Sunbelt being able to provide such awesome service. The temp inside had reached 88° when he arrived and it is steadily cooling off. Thank the Lord for this company. You truly saved us today.Anthony is an amazing employee. I hope he sees this and knows what his service means to this family of 6 people, 3 dogs, a pet rat, and pet guinea pig.
Sunbelt Services installed my geothermal system 10 years ago and have maintained it ever since. They are always on time, communicate well and provide good service. I recently had a problem over the 4th of July weekend. They responded immediately, determined the problem, and expedited getting the required parts. Chuck (the owner) personally came to my house to ensure things would be ready to go. Irene (Office Manager) quickly rearranged their schedules and kept me informed of parts arrival dates. Once parts arrived, Anthony (my regular technician) and two others arrived and got the system running. Three hours later, out of state visitors arrived and enjoyed a 4-day stay in a now c-o-o-l house. Sunbelt Services are my heroes. GREAT TEAM that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 😎
I had nothing but good experiences with Sunbelt Service Pros. From the first interaction getting my old AC diagnosed, to speaking with their sales representatives, to purchasing a brand new system for my home. The sales rep laid out everything in a very easy to understand fashion and explained the differences in a way I understood. When it came time for the new system to be installed, the install team did a great job installing the AC and keeping everything clean inside when they worked in my home. I am glad I picked Sunbelt to give my home new air.
Have used Sunbelt for about two years now. Everyone is very helpful and courteous, from the person who answers the phone, to the technician (Anthony) who comes to our house. We have them come and do regular preventative maintenance for our unit and they have also come out twice due to our air not working. Both of those times, they were able to come out quickly, replace a part, and get things back up and working. Very happy with their service and would recommend to anyone!
