Went to another HVAC company looking for oil furnace parts. Was sent to Sid Harvey. Was very happy with the kindness and patience given by Paul. Having slept the previous night for 2 hours and could not think correctly. Prices were fair and parts worked as expected. Havent been in HVAC repairs for more than 20 years and they were indeed patient. It was appreciated!
As a professional, it's important to have a company that has your back period once I questioned. Remind me of actual product. My account was frozen and crickets until 2 months later, and they said nothing's wrong. It's funny how parts can work and then stop working but they're still okay
