Marty at Service Pros is not only very skilled at his trade, but has commendable integrity. We have used Service Pros twice for emergency repairs to our unit and both times were excellent experiences. The first time our heat stopped working in the dead of winter and we had a new baby. Marty immediately repaired our unit to get it up and running. The next time several years later, we expected to have to replace the entire AC unit, which would have cost thousands of dollars. Marty looked at the unit and told us it was a simple repair. It has been working great ever since. In both instances less reputable people would have been tempted to take advantage of our ignorance, but Marty never did. We recommend him to all or our friends and neighbors in the area.

I haven’t had many experiences with A/C repair but I know from now on, I’m not calling anyone else (if I need to). Quick, responsive, friendly, professional and just a straight shooter. Seriously, I cannot stress this enough, if you’re having issues with your A/C and need someone, give Service Pros a call. I can guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed and although AC repair is never cheap, you will be happy with the outcome if your were to compare it to others.
