I cannot say enough good things about Komfort! They’re always timely, professional, and super polite! We have been using them for around 5 years. We are also part of their membership program. In that time, every technician we have ever dealt with has been the nicest person in this industry! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ve never been anything but satisfied with the service they’ve provided! I recommend them every chance I get, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future! I recently had a great experience with Komfort Air Service Experts for my HVAC project. Will was fantastic during the proposal phase—he was professional, thorough, and made sure I had a solid understanding of my options without any pressure. When it came time for the actual installation, Shamar was top-notch. He were punctual, respectful of my home, and the quality of the installation was excellent. Everything from start to finish went smoothly. If you’re looking for a team that delivers great service from the initial quote to the final walkthrough, I highly recommend asking for Will and Shamar!

I have been using services experts / komfort air for years and again today for my semi annual “tune up” which is the best value for the amount of documented effort they put into maintaining my system. Tip, keep filters near the unit for them to replace every visit and you increase the effectiveness and value of every visit. Tons of pictures of every step included in report summary they go over with you on the spot. So happy. Never been upsold. Options discussed and presented for things like system surge protection which I appreciate. 2 Town homes under contract.
We had our AC go out last night so we called the service experts. They sent out a gentleman named Connor. He knew exactly what to do to help us and explained every step along the way. A short time later we are back in the cool air. I can’t thank Connor enough for coming out on a SUNDAY to help our family. His service expertise and customer satisfaction should not go unnoticed. He truly went above and beyond to look and diagnose our issues to get us back in the cool air as soon as possible. I really appreciate his hard work and motivation to get it fixed. A lot of companies need someone like Connor and I hope this company appreciates him for he really knows his stuff.
