The Scott Service Company has set the new standard for HVAC installation. Super professional install team with David as crew chief. On time, on target with this group. Jonathan & Leah Scott run a well organized and highly efficient organization. I would recommend them for any HVAC job you have.
I can’t say enough good things about Scott’s. Every time they’ve serviced our heating/cooling, the experience has been great. Leah is always kind, helpful, and on top of everything. Dylan is usually the tech who comes out & he is consistently professional and thorough. This morning we had a heating emergency and Leah was so responsive and made me feel like she really cared. They’ll definitely be my first call when I buy a home, and I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone!
We had the kind folks at Scott's come out and see ice our AC before and had a wonderful experience. They were straight forward and very reasonable. Fast forward to yesterday July 4th and out system went down and Scotts on holiday weekend Sunday came out to resolve the issue. They were quick to respond on their days off and we couldn't be more thankful for their service and customer support.
Amazing service! We were in a dilemma where the previous appointment we set up didn’t service our type of fireplace. I searched google and found Scott’s! I called and Mrs. Leah quickly said “I think we can take care of that”, he was in the area and literally came minutes later. Mr. Jonathon was so professional, fast, and very knowledgeable! He even fixed an unknown regulator issue. He was courteous to clean the fully system. He made our fireplace functional and look brand new! I am so grateful that we can enjoy this winter with our fireplace. I would highly recommend their business!
Update: During the recent spell of cold weather. Our HVAC system went down. We ended up needing a new unit. Scott Service company took good care of my family. They go the new unit installed quickly and the install team did an amazing job. Scott Service company is awesome. I highly recommend them. Jonathan and Leah will take good care of you. They truly care about their customers.
