Recently, we had to have both our heating and air units replaced. We 100% recommend Jason Scott and company! They are trustworthy, reliable and very professional. We have been using Jason for many years now, he is extremely knowledgeable, honest with A+ customer service. You won’t be disappointed, give them a call!
On the hottest weekend of the year thus far, my a/c died! I called Scott Comfort early Monday, totally expecting to be told I would not be able to have a Tech out until later that week. They instead had someone THAT DAY! The Tech was on time, polite and knowledgeable. My repair was done in less than an hour!!! From the minute your call is answered to the minute the Tech leaves your driveway, you feel as though you are their only customer that day! I give them 10 STARS!!!!
I needed a new AC system for my downstairs. Mine had been slowly dying for quite some time. And of course at the hottest time of year, mine bit the dust. Long story short, I have never experienced such a quality of workmanship! The installation team worked tirelessly to install the new AC, explained the Smart thermostat, smiling the whole time! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jason’s team, as well as being cool and comfortable! Thank you, Jason and team! And Lynelle!! And Leroy!! And Brad!!
This company has great customer service and does excellent work for a fair price. They came the same day I called, which was great because our AC went out. They had the capacitor part in stock on their truck, so there were no ordering delays. The service technician (Brad) was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything very well and was easy to understand. All dealings were fast, efficient, and quality. I would recommend them to everyone! Support top notch local businesses like this one!
