Huge thank you to Scott Brothers Heating and Air team. They helped us a couple months ago on short notice to diagnose and repair our furnace right before the huge snow storm. We just bought our house 6 months ago, knowing the AC unit was past due for replacement. They very thoroughly and professionally explained how they could install a new unit and save us money in the long run. The entire process was so easy, smooth, and they got it completed 2 days before our appointment when they had an opening! The price was below what we had been quoted elsewhere, and we couldn’t be happier to refer them to others and work together in the future. Thanks, yall!
Scott Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to us by our neighbor Julias who had used their service in the past. I called them to replace our 1992 Train unit. In speaking with Wanda she was very helpful and polite and set up our free evaluation and home visit. Brandon came to our house and was extremely helpful and professional in evaluating our situation, answered all our questions. Brandon placed our order for a new Train HVAC unit. Wanda processed our order and scheduled our install date and time. Tyler and Landon arrived to our house promptly as scheduled and were extremely knowledgeable and very informative in answering all our questions. The work they performed was second to none and our system was to our complete satisfaction. Tyler was extremely helpful in making sure we understood every aspect of the systems operation. It was a pleasure in every aspect working with all we everyone we came in contact with throughout the entire process.
