Great on time service call. Ants had nested in the unit's electronics. Tanner knew exactly where to look and what to do to. A quick clean out and the electrical contacts were restored. No parts needed, just knowledge and great service! LOL, I'm cool with that.

Saving Grace is an excellent company, and Tanner Lynch does a fantastic job taking care of our 2 HVAC systems. He is professional, thorough and very knowledgeable in his work. Tanner worked with us on getting the right unit for our home and installed it at a very reasonable price. His wife and him are very awesome people. Showed up when he said he would, kept the lines of communication going with prompt responses and realistic timeline. Our heat pump was old and having issues. I highly recommend Saving Grace HVAC.

Tanner came out the same day that I called him to work on our very old and too small unit at our rental. He cleaned and serviced it, but there wasn’t much improvement and I was upset. He was patient with me, and even came back out free of charge to double check everything and make sure it was running as efficiently as possible. After that, we have gotten about a 3 degree improvement which is better! I feel that Tanner is an honest and hardworking guy, and if our landlord is ever willing to replace the unit I would definitely call Tanner again.
