Great experience!! Jessie came out to my home same day call was placed, while other companies were giving dates for middle to end of next week. He diagnosed the problem and replaced part right away!! Very pleased that I asked about their maintenance plan for future up keep.
I recently had a backup generator installed at my home by Sandhills Electric, I want to recognize the excellent work of Grant Thompson, the lead technician on my project. Grant's technical expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service proved to be excellent every step of the way. He answered all my many questions and took care to make sure I was comfortable with the operation of the generator at the end of the installation. Grant is an asset to his employer and I highly recommend him and Sandhills Electrical for heating, refrigeration and electric services
The technician came he was quick and efficient very courteous, it didn't take long to depend on what was wrong with it is real quick buttoning the unit up and it's working great. I got a 30-day warranty and everything's fine right now. Sandhill plumbing has been my go-to for the last year and a half since I moved to this area I would highly recommend them 👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I reached out to have my hvac serviced. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Brittney was very pleasant on the phone. I was notified that my technician would arrive a little later than scheduled due to an appointment before mine taking longer. I appreciated the call. When Davonte arrived, he introduced himself, I showed him where the registers were inside the house as well as the door to attic. He got right to work. Very nice young man. I believe he thoroughly checked everything and provided the service. Highly satisfied.
Tyree was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and informative both at the initial visit when he assessed my 19 year old Trane HVAC unit and today when he installed the part in the sweltering heat. I highly recommend Tyree.
