We've been a customer of Rudy Cools for several years for a reason - knowledgeable, dependable, and great customer service. They installed a completely new HVAC system, including ductwork, 5+ years ago. Even the local inspector was impressed with the quality of their workmanship. They send convenient reminders for seasonal maintenance and quickly dispatch a tech if anything goes awry. From the ladies who answer the phone to the various techs we've had over the years, everyone is always helpful and pleasant.
Jeff is a great technician and very nice personality. Felt very comfortable having him work on my house unsupervised. Rudy Cools gave me a competitive offer on a dual head split system. They took care of additional minor details I requested. Communication was easy and they kept their appointment times. Good work team!
Curtis from Rudy Cools really was awesome! He kept in touch and came by early to save us during the heat wave on a holiday weekend. He was the only tech working and he was kind and helpful the whole time. He even returned my call while in a crawl space at another house to give me an update. What a blessing that he was our tech! We’ve been looking for a new company to service our HVAC system. We’ve tried the big companies and after a few bad experiences were looking for a smaller mom & pop type place. After hearing some great things about Rudy Cools we scheduled a service. Jeff was wonderful. He arrived on time, listened to all our concerns, checked out and cleaned our machines and answered any questions we had. It was so refreshing not being upsold on anything! The price for today’s service was also very reasonable, especially compared to some other companies we called. Glad we made the switch to Rudy Cools.
Needed some work done on a HVAC system I purchased from a big name company in 2023. Big name company came out and tried to rip me off. Rudy Cools sent their tech Bradley out to assess and work on my system. He gave me a clear understanding of the issues at hand and showed me something the big name company clearly missed. He did great work quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will have Rudy Cools back whenever I need help again. 5 stars to Bradley and Rudy Cools. Professional, Polite and prompt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
