I had a fantastic experience with Reliable Heating and Air and will absolutely be working with them again in the future! The entire process was seamless. Scheduling online was incredibly easy, and when I needed to adjust my appointment date, a quick phone call made the change completely painless. I also loved the reminder text messages and emails they were helpful for tracking the status, especially on the day of the appointment when my technician, Venancio, was en route. My home's airflow needed some balancing, and Venancio was wonderful. He provided all of our options with completely transparent pricing, making sure we knew exactly what was included. While they were working, the team also performed a health check on our unit. We decided to go with just the airflow balancing work needed for today. However, the team also explained a couple of maintenance items that could improve our system down the road. The information was incredibly helpful, and they left us with a clear quote so it's ready to go whenever we decide to tackle it. Antonio explained as much technical detail as I could handle, walking me clearly through what was happening and answering every question along the way. He used all the necessary sensors and tools to thoroughly test our system and gave us honest, thoughtful recommendations. Antonio truly advocated for us and ensured we got exactly what we needed—no upselling, just smart, informed help. We also had the pleasure of working with Juan, another standout technician on their team. Juan’s experience really shines when it comes to advanced, high-efficiency HVAC systems, especially modern modulating and communicating setups. He clearly understood the technology and walked us through setup and functionality with confidence and ease. We ended up getting a lot of advanced work done, including a ventilating dehumidifier, APCO-X air purification, a high-efficiency heat pump, and upgraded IAQ (indoor air quality) components. Venancio came out to do a routine maintenance on my unit and he did a fantastic job. I was very curious how it all worked so I asked him to walk me through a little bit of what he was doing and he was very friendly and told me all about it. He gave me unbiased, straight up recommendations on what I should get done, but didn’t push to upsell me which I really respected. Looking at what I need to get done in the future, I’d definitely want to go with this company.

We had issues with the home not cooling off fast enough. We were told by 3 other companies that we needed a second unit for the first floor. Reliable had installed the original unit, came out, reviewed the problems and determined we needed better air flow by increasing duct sizes and intakes. The system now works perfectly. No massive expense of an additional system. Reliable is honest, responsive, high integrity and wants to do the right thing for their customers. Could not be happier with them.
