I have used Reagan and Sons consistently for the 4 years Ive lived in Roxboro. Their service technicians are always top notch and professional and Ive been a loyal customer and always pleased...until recently. I needed their services when both heaters in my house went out and they were quick to do the repair. Unfortunately, just after the repair, due to cancer grant funding being cut nationwide, I became unemployed and although I had paid the invoice, my bank blocked the payment citing suspicious activity. I corrected this issue w/ the bank, but unfortunately by the time the correction was made, funds were no longer available. I explained this situation to them, indicating i could and would make payments, but unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to make the payment in full at one time. I never heard a response from them, but still paid 1/3 of the invoice. I recently contacted them to make a repair to the compressor fan on one of my AC units as temps are rising and I have a 1.5 yr old at the home. I explained the situation again, indicating I could pay for the repairs in full on day of service, in addition to another 1/3 of the previous invoice I was still past due on. I was told I needed to pay the full ($2300) invoice and the coat of the repair prior to them coming out. I completely understand I was in default of payment, but I had explained the situation l was in and had made payments towards the prior balance, but none of that mattered. I think for a small business, that should be community focused, they should have worked w/ me, as I've been a loyal customer for 4 yrs and have always paid on-time at the time of service; however, this one time situation had me in dire times and it would have been nice and expected if they had worked w/ me, but they were unwilling. I have since reached out to another local provider and hope they treat loyal customers better when unforeseen unexpected circumstances happen.

Really impressed with the honesty and integrity of Regan & Sons. Helped us determine that our Lennox system did not need to be replaced, yet, a couple of years ago. They had a great offer to install a new Trane system if it did. We now use them for Spring and Fall “system tune ups” for our two systems. Their service tech, Justin King, did a great job on these units last week. Also clear a drain clog on one of the units that had not been cleared properly by another service company. He took extra time to do it right. We appreciated the extra effort.

This is the first time I used Regan. They replaced the entire HVAC system in my rental home. They did a great job and I am very happy. Communication was good and everyone was very friendly. I got quotes from 4 different local companies and Regan was the lowest priced of the four quotes by a substantial margin. I rolled the dice, worried I wouldn't get a good install or service because of the low price, but the opposite was true. Now I have a lovely new Trane unit and my tenants are very happy. I would definitely use Regan again.

Arrived less than 24 hours after my call and resolved the problem same day. The crew was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and explain potential solutions even though they still had a very busy day once they finished with the job at my house. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service I received and the peace of mind knowing that it was done correctly.

We’ve used Regan and Sons several times for minor repairs, but today they replaced our downstairs unit. Amazing service from the initial consultation all the way to the install. They’re so fast and do an amazing job. So thankful to have them serving our community.
