Great experience - I work for CourierNet in Charlotte and we originally hired another plumbing company (Southend Plumbing) to come fix a leak that was on the edge of our parking lot. BIG MISTAKE! They totally butchered the job and you can find my review on their site... But Mike from Redblue took my call, was here the next am bright and early to assess. He was very thorough and realized it was definitely coming from the same issue we just dealt with. Then the next day he had a guy here and our issue was fixed right away. He dug up what the previous company had done and found their failure immediately and fixed it properly. Haven't had any issues with their repair and couldn't be happier with their customer service, response time, and the price. We will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

This is not a reflection of who this company is or what kind of work they do. However one of their drivers from the plumbing side of things 6563 (the truck number). Almost caused multiple wrecks getting off the carowinds exit just to get to Culver’s. Thinking they need to be going 75 on the exit, swerving, almost rear ending me and cutting multiple people off. If you want to drive like a maniac that’s on you but maybe next time don’t do it in a company vehicle.
Our heat stopped working all of the sudden the night before we left for vacation. We called RedBlue not realizing they were a commercial company. Despite this, the person on call (Kenny) was amazing, helping us troubleshoot for solutions and was great at walking us through the processes step by step. We learned a lot and are so appreciative for Kenny’s kindness! Thank you Kenny!
This company was amazing. Graham came over to give us a quote on a wall furnace and a heat pump. He helped us through the complete process answered all our concerns and was very kind and patient through the whole process. The team came and installed our heat pump, they did a bang up job. They were quick and efficient and when they left they cleaned up and left the place like they were never there. If you are looking for a good solid reliable company to work with, this is a great company with awesome customer service
