We bought 2 has packs (AC, furnace, blower) at once from QRC. Chase gave us the best quote of all the 5 companies that we received. They did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they promised. Their Technicians were very polite, courteous and took extra meseasures to ensure the job was done right. They even fixed a couple of small items that I missed when we quoted the work. I believe these are honest people and will do a good job. Highly recommend QRC!
I’m just going to flat out say that finding QRC was a blessing for my family. I just so happened to see a sign for QRC on the side of the road in the midst of an extremely stressful search for an HVAC company for our newly purchased home (that literally had me shedding tears and losing sleep) so I figured ‘why not?’ and I gave them a call. So glad I did! We first met with Chase who was very professional, kind and passionate about the company and what it stands for. We were very impressed with how everything was laid out for us, and if we had questions, they were answered promptly and with care. Ryan, Joel and Juanita were also very nice and professional! For each appointment, The technicians always showed up on time. We also got good quality units. We are excited and relieved to have found a company to entrust our family HVAC system with for years to come.
QRC HVAC came out to our home in Advance and Chris was AWESOME!!! Cost for repair was very reasonable and I will be referring QRC to all my neighbors.

5 stars just isn’t a high enough rating for the folks at QRC! The service, quality, technology upgrades and the care that every team member showed in every interaction makes this family-owned company feel like our family now! We are beyond grateful for our new HVAC system that works way better than the system we had. Our technology went up and our electric bill will be going down! They installed a filter and light system we were looking for to help with my husbands allergies too and we couldn't be happier. They cleaned up better than when they arrived and walked us through the system, showing us how to use the cool new thermostat as well. This is the company you should choose to work with; I am just another 5-star review among the hundreds and hundreds that they have, but we were treated like we were their top priority at every step of the way. You can only go right with QRC!
