A tech came out to service our Lennox unit and said we needed a part and it would take a week to be delivered. Two weeks later we had no word on the status of the part. Called another company. They came, ordered the part, and our unit was repaired within 72 hours. Piedmont used to be a reliable company.
In this business, your word is your bond. When the techs arrive they are excellent. Getting a call the morning of an appointment to say that they are canceling and can only offer another appointment over a week out is simply not a sustainable business model.
I have been using PSM for over 20 years and they are a very good Company! I have purchased 4 new systems from them and always call them when I need service.
Piedmont Sheet Metal should definitely be your go to for Lennox (and probably any HVAC needs) in the area. I found them through Lennox's dealer list where they have great reviews. I'm glad I found them because they've been extremely professional and responsive since the beginning. Todd is a great sales rep and Karissa handled all the paperwork quickly. Piedmont Sheet Metal is by far the best HVAC company in the area! They not only offer prompt service but go the extra mile to offer the customer great satisfaction. The schedulers are polite , prompt and knowledgeable. I had service at two places in one week and they offered quick reliable service both times. Frank the technician was very pleasant and knew his stuff. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and that my concerns were met. I needed a part that he didn’t carry on his truck but he found it and assured he would be back within a day to remedy the issue. I urge anyone needing HVAC service to call this company.
