They came out asap, got my older heater running. It was a wind-chill day close to 10 degrees. Though my heater is old they didn’t try to sale me parts or anything; just fixed it & gave me a timeline for replacing it. Will continue to use Penguin, they’re great!
I ran into some issues with my AC on a Sunday and even though I told Eric (from Penguin) I can wait a few days, he came over that day (on Sunday) anyway to see what was going on. Excellent customer service! Eric was very courteous and honest and told me exactly what tests he was running and why. Unlike many other companies, he was upfront on what needed done and when and didn’t makes feel pressured. Will definitely be calling them again.
Penguin air and plumbing is a great company to work with. I’m currently not under a maintenance plan yet they came out and got my A/C working on Monday after I called Sunday afternoon and left a message. Diagnosed things quickly and had us up and running pronto. I highly recommend this company.
We have been a customer of Penguin for more than 10 years (maybe 20). Their service and sales has always been great. Years ago they installed a new system in our downstairs and the heater had an issue that was from Trane. Randy and his groups stuck by and helped Trane make it right and replaced it with no additional cost from us. Recently we had to replace our upstairs unit. We shopped around but in reality nothing could replace the trust we have in Penguin. We just had an issue with our “old” unit over the 4th of July and Jacob fixed it ASAP. As an FYI, Jacob was with Penguin back when the unit was originally installed. We trust Randy and Jacob and would highly recommend Penguin.
