Palmer Heating and Air, installed a new, 2 ton, Daikin HVAC system for me yesterday. I am impressed with the entire process for this transaction. First, I received three price quotes, for the exact same specs, from area HVAC dealers. Palmer was $2,500 less expensive than the other two. I've had two Daikin units in other houses and I love them. Quiet and efficient. Scott, the owner was efficient and communicated well through the quote process and kept me informed about timing and the process expected during installation. The day of installation, he and his crew, arrived at 8 am, and worked efficiently, and finished up around 1. Their work was excellent, they cleaned up everything completely, and walked me through operating the unit. They even registered my warrantee with Daiken. Quotes and billing was taken care of electronically, and with Apple Pay, took only a minute to complete. Palmer Heat and Air was professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend hiring them for your HVAC installation needs. Thank you Scott.
The owner is my next door neighbor, they took great care of diagnosing my ac unit and repairing it accordingly. The most honest and helpful hvac company anywhere in the thomasville/ triad area. Would highly recommend to everyone I know ! Not many places anymore treat there customers this well anymore!
I believe in using local businesses. Scott is part owner and was totally professional. Licensed and insured He worked and supervised the removal, disposal and the installation of our new HVAC system. They will work with you. Very fair pricing, knowledgeable. And our new system is fantastic.
I know with the current temperatures everyone is busy and probably cranky but they were great. Quick response and got my system cooling again, I highly recommend.
