Our AC went out in the wee hours of Saturday July 4th. I left a voicemail that morning and we didn’t expect to have anyone call us until at least Monday so when Wes called on Sunday morning that was a wonderful surprise. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He even said he was sorry he couldn’t come on the 4th because he was out town. We absolutely didn’t expect or feel entitled to someone coming on a holiday. Their service is Outstanding!
Wes took great care of us - he fixed our problem and resolved some other issues at an amazingly affordable price. I highly recommend Nicholson for all HVAC needs!
Great experience, they arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would, and was priced very fair. Workmanship was top notch, and the tech was knowledgeable and spent time explaining to me what was what. Will be working with them in the future.
These guys have a horrible driver that I keep running into. This afternoon, the same driver blindly shot straight across two lanes of traffic, without being able to see if the second lane had any vehicles coming. He crossed over right in front of me while I was going full speed, and I had my four year old daughter in the car. And without any hesitation, starts getting mad at me. If you would think a employee that is representing a company would have common sense.While driving a vehicle, that's not theirs. This man has shown over and over again that he has no care for the lives that are on the road.
Wes, was very nice and informed me of everything I needed. Our system needed to be checked. Mr Nicholson knew Dennis so they enjoyed talking each time.
