Love these guys, 10,000 percent. They replaced our HVAC 4 years ago and it runs great. Any issues arise, they address it. What I most like is the value compared to companies who are on TV. You don’t need to pay for the other guys’ marketing rolled up in the cost of your system. You just want to pay for the system. Sizable difference. NASCAIR’s workmanship is every bit as good.
Our Service Technician (Andy) was as knowledgeable as any tech we have ever worked with. Three prior techs completely misdiagnosed the issue, and had recommended unnecessary expensive fixes. Andy had us up and running properly in just over an hour. Good use of tools and technology in analyzing the problem and good application of technical knowledge to fix a complicated issue at negligible cost. Great job NASCAIR and Andy!
I was pleasantly surprised that the tech was able to come out within a few hours of my call to Nascair. He figured out the problem just by my description of what was going on, before he even looked at my unit. Thankfully it was a quick fix & he had the part on his truck.
After water leak over time had caused condensation on ducts and rusted the support rings in some spots and our bathroom exhaust vent line. After Insurance Claim was made we called NASCAIR. Kirby came out and quoted just replacing with non-inslated duct matching old and Insulated, resetting in boots and junction and sealing with mastic. After confirming Norman came out and did excellent work even applying mastic inside the junction box for all 5 duct connections and putting insulation around the boots for vents. No more leaking air into closed ceiling space or worrying about uninsulated ducts sweating with temperature changes! Extremely happy.
Outstanding The office personal were outstanding from the first call. Everyone was pleasant,courtious,tech called on the way,he was on time, very rare these days,and their fees were extremely reasonable. I've had them service our HVAC for over 15 years,and my parents,and in-laws. Keep it going Mike Highly Recommend them
