We love Mainline. They have been serving our home for over 25 years. We use them for seasonal maintenance and repairs. Always prompt in response. We have replaced air and repaired heating units. They always do what they can to keep things running without replacing. They never look to gauge on price., always reasonable. New air unit going in tomorrow for our upstairs after 28 years!! I highly recommend them to anyone in the Triad. Just had them out again today for some fireplace work. Couldn’t be happier. They are so nice snd professional. Call them for any heating and air issues. You wont be sorry.

I used Mainline Services Inc. to have a 54" commercial hood custom installed. They did a great job coming up with a duct plan, fabricated a custom duct and got the quotes and work done in a timely fashion. Would definitely use them again.

CALLED FOR SERVICE, LADY AT THEIR INTAKE WAS VERY ABRUPT. TOLD US SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE THAT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY. WAITED THE TWO DAYS, NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED. CALLED THEM AND THE MAN WHO ANSWERED SAID A REPAIR TICKET WAS NEVER GENERATED. NO EXCUSE OR APOLOGY. VERY POORLY RUN AND EMPLOYED BUSINESS.
