⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Casey was my technician today, and he was absolutely amazing! He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His workmanship was excellent, and he made sure the job was done right. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about providing great service. Five stars all the way! Jason was both friendly and highly knowledgeable, going completely above and beyond my expectations. It was a great overall experience, and I will definitely be using this HVAC company again in the future.
Today’s a/c maintenance visit went great. My service tech Casey B. arrived on time, plus Lakeside notified me when he was on his way. Casey was very thorough in checking both the upstairs and downstairs systems, outside units and condensation lines. He also brought replacement filters. He was both professional and personable, a great representative for Lakeside heating and ac.
I bought a new HVAC from Lakeside about 6 years ago and have had them come out to do the routine maintenance. It has completely changed my past experience with HVACs for the better! Their service people are very good. They never try to sell you something or add something. They follow a checklist about about 30+ items. They're neat, focused and do things that sometime techs skip over. I usually ask for Casey if he's available. He's terrific. He explains what he is doing and why and is very patient with my questions. Ask to see their checklist, talk to the people in the office. You will be impressed.
Casey came out today to perform out spring MSA service to help keep our Trane units running at top performance. He was very thorough and cleaned everything! Really great to work with. Lakeside has been a great company to work with and have been customers of theirs for year. Highly recommended!!!
