Today, L&W came to my house to fix my air conditioner, which was not cooling properly. Mr. Tyler did an excellent job. He fixed my A/C unit, installed a new thermostat, and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. The professionalism, quick response, and quality of service and fare price from L&W and Mr. Tyler were truly top-notch. We are very pleased and happy with the service, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs A/C repair. Thank you, L&W and Mr. Tyler, for the outstanding service!

Our upstairs A/C unit went out the end of March. We called around and got multiple quotes, however, L&W’s price was very reasonable for the mid-grade unit compared to the other companies. L&W was quick to come out for the estimate and communication was excellent they took the time out to explain to us everything that we wanted to know and didn’t make us feel rushed. They told us a date for the replacement but actually was able to come out a couple days sooner and got the job done. While replacing the unit everyone was very professional and they didn’t leave a mess! We also like the fact that they are a small business. I would recommend L&W for you HVAC needs! I highly recommend L&W Mechanics for anyone needing HVAC work. They were the best-priced company I found locally, but what really stood out was their professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond throughout the process. The installation was completed efficiently and very cleanly, with great attention to detail. What impressed me most was how considerate they were of my family during the install. They were wonderful with my kids and our dogs, and they went out of their way to minimize disruption to our household while they worked. Before leaving, they even took the time to help me set up and connect the thermostat app, making sure everything was working properly and that I knew how to use it. This company is great!! Tyler was fast, reviewed my options, very knowledgeable and was willing to do a repair on my old unit although I needed a new one. After getting financing I chose a new unit. Price was reasonable. The guys were there in 2 days, worked through several rainstorms to get it done. Everyone worked hard, was professional, and kept me informed. Much better service than the people sent by my home warranty. They have all my business from here on out! Thank you!
