I can’t compliment this company enough. Tony and his wife were so kind, professional and polite. The excellent service began with my first phone call to Tony. His knowledge and expertise was readily noticed from our conversation. He did an awesome job of explaining the options for a new air conditioning unit and the process for installation. On install day, he arrived promptly and worked diligently the entire day with few breaks. My unit was expertly installed in just one day. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. An exceptional company.
Tony was able to fit me in same-day, diagnose and fix my HVAC issue. He was very professional, made sure that I understood what was wrong, what he needed to do to fix it and the pricing beforehand. He has several options for yearly maintenance scheduling and service calls. I signed up for a maintenance plan to help ensure that I will continue to get the most out of my 12 year old unit. Very pleasant gentleman. Also great knowledge of what he was doing. Performed efficiently to fix my issue. Communication was fantastic and he stayed late on a Friday night to fit me in. Oh ya let’s not forget it was 100 degrees outside and he needed to complete the work in my attic.
Of course my heat went out during the coldest weather we had. I had hoped I had an issue that wouldn’t end with me buying a new furnace right before Christmas. Luckily, L&J was able to work me in the morning after I called and they had the part I needed to get me up and running again in no time. No hidden charges no surprises! It’s nice having warm floors again. Tony is kind, respectful, and responsive. Good hometown help! The kind you want to have.
Tony came out to my home to inspect my HVAC system. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He showed great integrity and did not try to upsale or cheat me; rather simply suggested that I clean the AC unit and change to new filters. He could have over sold me, but did not.
