Had to call for an emergency visit after bumping into my unit with the mower. David showed up in a timely manner on a Saturday no less. Was super nice and informative, he didn’t seem mad or inconvenienced at all and he fixed it up good as new. Hope I never have to make an emergency call again but if I do I would hope to see David once more.

Well I really don't know what to say but I'm satisfied with the service and server. I have no complaints at all. If I need you all again send the young man out. A respectful young fellow. Can't remember his name but yall know. Very satisfied with the service.
The service technician that came was great, he knew what he was doing and took the time to explain everything. My only issue was the office person that I dealt with was pretty rude for no reason. They apparently don’t schedule appointments on the weekend however the person I had spoke with the previous day scheduled a two hour window for the service the next day. She said that’s not how it works and continued on with it. Nothing I can do if that’s what I’m told when I talk to your people.
Norman is the person you want. Went over all the jobs estimate and answered all questions. He roughed out our new shower, dree standing tub, double vanity and installed a water line for the new frig. Professional, courteous, patient, passionate and extremely knowledgeable of his profession. Easy appointment setting to getting the job done. The price was very fair. Mentioned he did not have to wear the blue socks over his shoes ...he replied company policy. Thank you all for taking care such good care of us. Great company.
