We are very pleased with the work that Gwyn Services did for us. Terrell is very knowledgeable and was excellent to work with. He is a true professional. He quoted an efficient replacement HVAC system at a very reasonable price compared to the competing quotes I received. The job was done in one day. The guys were also professional and cleaned up well. They did a great job and we are pleased with the system and how it has been working cooling our home. We highly recommend Gwyn!
First HVAC tune up from Gwyn Services and I'm very happy with the professionalism and service. The tech spent about 30 to 45 minutes per system doing a complete check and cleaned the outside coils. He gave me an update after completing to let me know the system was good to go and asked if I had any questions. The only sales item was asking if I wanted to purchase their filters, but nothing else. My previous HVAC services company would have given me 3 package options for things that I may already have or new things they were selling and the lowest package would have been around $500 and then go up to around $3000. Very happy with the change to Gwyn Services and looking forward to working with them on other projects in the future.

We called Gwyn Services this morning because our HVAC unit quit working. By 2:30 Chester had fixed the problem and our house is cooling again! He was fast, friendly, and the work was very reasonably priced.
Kameron was pleasant, professional and listened to our concerns. He explained so we could understand and cleaned up after. Repair of laundry sink leak from pipe under the sink, leaking around facets of master bathroom sink and improved tub facet flow. We have a plumbing maintenance agreement through Duke.
