AC unit stop working at 98° outside called Frank Palmer,He fit me in his schedule,walked me through everything he was doing and showed me what needed to be replaced, and why. He had my unit up and running in no time.I highly recommend this company and will call them in the future.
Frank Palmer H&C replaced two heat pumps in my home. I was impressed by the professional manner the work was done. Both systems have performed better than I expected. After the work was completed the workers cleaned up after themselves. I will continue to use Frank and his crew for any future heating and air conditioning. I reccomend Frank Palmer Heating and Cooling.
I rarely leave a review for service, but I would be doing Frank a disservice by not doing so. I can't say enough great things about him. Communicates effectively. Does what he says he will do. Stands by his work. I appreciate that Frank was quick to recommend and replace a unit a year or so ago and it warmed my heart to see him teaching two young men the trade skills while overseeing their work. Frank recently came out to service the unit due to roofers dropping material on it and damaging it. He went out of his way to make sure the unit was as good as new. You won't find a better person for your heating and air needs.
Frank has always been a great man to call on when you need something fixed. I have waited weeks for other HVAC companies to assess and then fix issues that I have. With Frank I have had a repair within 24 hours on multiple occasions, which is unremarkable. He has even taught me specifics about taking care of my HVAC, what to watch out for, and when to be concerned about certain issues. Definitely my first recommendation to anyone in the Thomasville-Lexington area.
Can't speak highly enough about Frank and his team. Our HVAC system had gone out- Frank promptly returned my call and came out to take a look at things for us. I wanted to go ahead and replace our system since it was so old- in short order we were back up and running. Communication was great and they showed up right when they said they would to get us fixed up. Pricing was right in line with what I expected and we were treated very professionally throughout the whole process. I will be using them going forward to help us maintain our new system.
