We had a great experience with Foothills heating and air conditioning. John Sullivan was great to work with as we decided exactly what system would meet the needs that we had in our house. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When it came to the installation Michael Smith and his crew came to our house right on time they were very professional answered any questions we had cleaned up when they finished No Mess very very satisfied.
Great service with great people, that is really all you need to know! They won't try to charge you for extra things you don't need or want. Foothills installed our HVAC system in 2020. We had to replace an older system and they worked with us to find a system that fit our space and budget. We were even able to finance with them at that time. Each time I have called to have maintenance or a repair I have received quality service by knowledgeable technicians. Most recently, our system went down during the heat wave. Foothills was quick to come out and address the issue, huge thank you to techs Fred and Gray for keeping us cool!
Called Foothills for a service after being recommend. Delightful lady answered all my questions and set up a time. Reggie arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about our older system. Serviced it and were very happy with how it performs now (outside unit was very dirty) made a big difference inside. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Reggie came out to service our 2 units. He didn’t rush through the job: he took his time and checked EVERYTHING, making sure both units were working as they should. Despite the heat, he was SO nice the entire time. I would highly recommend Foothills and Reggie!
100% responsive and effective service on my very old HVAC this time and always - and good advice reminders on self maintenance (keeping leaves away from outside units, changing filters and more). Today Fred Gray showed me tips to keep the condensation line clear to the pump AND reminder how to get to the filter and change it out. Thank you Fred!
