Just had a complete ductwork replacement done by First RespondAir HVAC. Outstanding work! Professional team, great communication, clean install, and much better heating/cooling performance now. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!
First Respondair HVAC offers excellent, honest and straight forward service. Ean troubleshooted and serviced our furnace. He explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely continue to use this company and plan on purchasing the maintenance plan for my central air. Highly recommend.
Really great experience with First RespondAir HVAC! Ean showed up on time, was super friendly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Our AC stopped working on a Saturday, one of the hottest days of the year (98!). Ean was the only person/company who could make an emergency visit the next day (other companies would take 4-5 days!). He arrived on time, was respectful, took time to explore and diagnose the problem, then fixed it. He charged a fair price, and then went above and beyond to recommend preventive measures we could take. I’ll definitely call him in the future if we need help!
I give First RespondAir HVAC 10 stars. I woke up this morning (7/4/26) to a broken AC. My thermostat was set to 75 and the temp in my house was 81. This has got to be the hottest day of the year. I googled AC repair and I ran up on First RespondAir. Honestly, what stood out for me was the name and the address. They aren’t that far from me. I called the number and hung up because I figured they were closed because it’s July 4th. I got a call back as soon as I hung up. I was sent a link for service and set it up. They came on July 4th. It’s a holiday but they still came. With -in two hours, the house was cooling down. The service was exemplary. Everything was explained to me as it was being done. Like I said I give them 10 stars. Thank you so much First RespondAir HVAC!
