Wife: Honey, its kind of hot in here this morning. Husband: Well we both did just take hot showers. It's probably nothing. 30 min later Oh noooo its 80 degrees in here! 😳 Within 6 hours of realizing this, Fayetteville Heating and Air were all over it. Redirecting techs to fit us in on their schedule, and they had our unit fixed and blowing cool again before the temp even reached the hottest part of the day. Highly satisfied customer. I am also a proud member of their annual maintenance service plan. Highly recommend this company. Great people, excellent service, awesome company!
My first time using FHAC and it was a great change from all the previous HVAC companies I've used in the past; mostly big box/big name companies. FHAC had me at the outset when the technician, Tyler, parked his truck in the street and not in my driveway; avoiding any possible oil stains. He introduced himself with a big smile and firm handshake. His experience and professionalism was evident immediately. The office personal/scheduler, Elsi, was also extremely polite, professional, and displayed her keen sense of customer service and work ethic. She updated me as to when the technician would arrive so I had time to secure the dogs, and prepare the a/c work area. SHe also followed up with detailed information with pricing and invoicing. So... I FINALLY found the HVAC company that has/does it all; great reputation, does what they say they will do, shows up on time, performs their profession with attention-to-detail, and provides fair pricing. Elsie is absolutely wonderful!!! She was a blessing because I haven't had air conditioning for over a month. She was kind, attentive, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. She consistently followed up on the status of the part and kept me informed. She is truly an asset to your company and I am very thankful for her exceptional service.

Service was fantastic! The office staff constantly called me with updates on the status of their arrival and Taylor was amazing! If I ever have an AC or Heating problem again I will definitely call Fayetteville Heating and Air and request Taylor!
