Very impressed with this company! Elite air recently came out and replaced our AC unit. The men that came out were professional, respectful, kind, and very friendly to work with. They let us know when they were leaving to go on lunch and then would be back to finish, so we weren't left guessing where they'd gone off to. Once they'd finished they let us know the repair was complete and gently put back all of our furniture they'd had to move to get the old equipment out of the house and the new equipment in. They made sure to be respectful of our rugs and not walk on them with their boots, shut the doors behind themselves, cleaned up any mess they made from their work, and did a very thorough job at putting in the new system and making sure it was working properly before they left. Professionalism and respect is important to us. We've had several different types of repair companies, do different repairs in our home over the years and most aren't tidy, professional, or thorough, and some have even been unpleasant to work with having a poor attitude. However, these guys were phenomenal, I was very impressed. Our new AC system they put in is also working perfectly. I'd highly recommend them!

First time they were fine, second time got the owner Brian, just lazy, change the thermostat without resolving the problem. I had to use someone else, I had to pay for a thermostat I did not needed and pay for service call that just put money in their pocket $180 in 20 minutes. They are not BBB so you waist your time and money ZERO accountability!!!!

Have used there services for over 10 years. Our heat pump was replaced this month by them . It took the crew less then 3 hours to completely install. I would recommend elite air and will keep using them. God bless them

After buying a brand new home in 2015 elite put in a unit that was to small to even cool the house. The unit also leaked Freon from day one. Elite would not fix it and were going to charge me to even come look at it. 5 other neighbors in my neighborhood have had to replace their units after just 4 years of our houses being built. Do not go to them! They buy faulty equipment and install it in your home. The don’t even have the decency to come fix their mistakes! Very awful company!

I've had Brian out to check my system 2 times since 2015 when he put the unit in he is very prompt. in winter of 2015 he come out because it would not heat the home very well and the fan would run non stop he said it was a relay and needed freeon.2016 he come out because of same reason he said nothing was wrong with it.so in 2017 it getts really cold and the fan runs non stop and will not heat the home well at all so I call another company and I sure figured out the problem.1st of all the system is to small for my home and also the duct box that connects to my unit is four inches to big and instead of building the correct box he uses tape to fill the gap but now the tape has come loose and it was heating the crawl space under the house. The company that come out has been in business for a very long time and has never seen anything like this wow I'm so disappointed
