It isn't so much that these guys are amazing, its where to start? Kyle and Ryan, my go-to guys really are just the absolute best! Honestly, I'm so fortunate to know them and their hard work, dedication to their service, and their generosity of spirit make them some of the best account reps and people I have the pleasure of knowing. My tech today, Mario, was equally incredible! He came in looking sharp, got to work, and really gave it his all! He gave me an easy to understand update at the end and we set some follow up for a replacement unit. From start to finish, these guys give me as a property manager the ease of mind, and the professionalism that will have me calling them for all my future needs! Well done to the entire team! I cannot recommend them enough!
We hired Elements to fix our leaking delta shower faucet (even when handle turned off on wall) and to install a new shower head we purchased ourselves in master bathroom. Nick was the plumber they sent and he was professional and kind. When the job was first completed we all thought the leak was fixed. Despite this snafu, Nick came right out the next morning to fix it at no additional charge. They stand by their work and are professional. Thanks Nick for fixing it so quickly.
We just moved into a new house, only to find that the shower fixture in the primary had a worn out cartridge/stem that absolutely had to be replaced. Only problem: it was almost 20 years old with no manufacturer’s name on it. One plumbing company told us it was a Grohe and that the company no longer made replacement parts and that we might be able to get it from a “third-world country” but that it looked like we’d need to bust out the tile and completely replace everything. Then we called Element. They sent Nick out, who conferred with his supplier and found it was not Grohe but they couldn’t identify the manufacturer. Nick took a picture of the part and left our house assuring me that he was determined to find the right part. By next morning he had found it and ordered it and he came to install it today. And it worked!! We are so thankful we found Element and that they sent out Nick! He’s not only skilled, but passionate about his work and a super nice guy! And he brought Chris with him, who was also super nice. A great experience!
TL:DR great company, competitive pricing, and knowledgeable staff. I asked Element to come in as a second bid for a warranty evaporator core replacement against the nationwide company that operates here in the triangle (who had installed the system in 2018) Everyone I dealt with at Element was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their pricing was very competitive, and I ultimately chose them out of the several bids I received. I am very glad I did. Travis, the technician that completed my repair, was absolutely great to work with. There was some down time while we waited on the vacuum pump and the leak checks, and he was willing to explain anything that I asked about, in as much detail as I wanted. I’m a process engineer, and I generally know my way around refrigerant systems, and it was clear to me he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was coming from another job, so he had to stay a later than anticipated, but he stuck with it rather than splitting the job into two days, which was a concern I had originally. Things like that are what makes the 5 star rating I gave a no-brainer. Call them. You won’t be disappointed. Also, Mario and Chris (the techs who came out originally to quote the job) were easy to work with and helped me understand exactly what was needed to get the system back up and running like it should.
Had my AC, blower, and furnace replaced. The team showed up on time, prepped the house to avoid tracking in dirt and make it easy to clean up when done. I work from home and they were very respectful of that. The were very efficient in the work, completing the whole job with clean up in about 8 hours. Very thorough with ensuring everything was functioning as expected before leaving. Definitely recommend!
