I bought my Trane Air Conditioner from Dulin Mechanical over 10 years ago and could not be happier with the unit and this company. Yesterday in the blistering heat there was an issue so of course I called them. They responded immediately and in no time my house was cool again.Thank You to Colby the tech for a great quick repair. Mr Dulin and the entire staff have been exceptional for customer care over all these years and I highly recommend this company.
I chose Dulin Mechanical a dozen years ago when I purchased my A/C system because they had a good reputation and good reviews, and their pricing was very fair. Since then, their service has been excellent. I have not needed any repairs, but I have their maintenance contract and when they come out to do their spring and fall tuneups, they are on time, they call to let you know when they’re on their way, and their technicians are friendly and professional.
Dulin Mechanical has my highest recommendation with full 5/5 star rating. Starting with the estimate for the job, explaining the options, fair pricing, quick turn around for the install and follow up service as needed, I was 100% happy with the project. Chance Williams was knowledgeable and professional, patiently answering all questions re: the difference systems in order to make the correct choice for my home. He came to the sight on both days during the install and personally took care of some minor tweaks after the install. The entire install team (Jamie, Tyler, Gary, Ronnie and Bill) worked efficiently and expertly to install a new AC/Gas furnace/heat pump, electrical upgrades and full duct work replacement demonstrating great team work to complete this job in 2 days. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and even trimmed my shrubs around the relocated compressor. This is a big expense in one's home and trusting that the project and future maintenance of the investment is in expert hands is truly peace of mind. I will be contracting them for bi-annual maintenance visits going forward. Thank you to the entire Dulin Mechanical Team.
We had a major HVAC job completed this week by Dulin Mechanical, and I cannot say enough good things about this company and their team. From start to finish, the entire crew was incredibly respectful, professional, and hardworking. They showed up ready to work and stayed busy the whole time, clearly taking pride in doing the job right. It’s rare these days to see a team that is not only skilled but also courteous and considerate while working in your home. They were efficient, communicated well, and left everything in great shape when the job was finished. We are very happy with the work they did for us and the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend Dulin Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC work, and we will definitely use them again in the future!
Today we had the pleasure of having our HVAC serviced by the best young man. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He thought ahead in some situations and was extremely neat! I highly recommend Jake to do your hvac work!
