We hired Dawson’s Electric and Air, and Charlie did an outstanding job installing our kitchen lighting, two pendant lights, and three ceiling fans upstairs. He was professional, punctual, and very skilled. Everything turned out exactly how we envisioned, and the quality of his work really shows. He paid great attention to detail, made sure everything was secure and properly installed, and left the area clean when he was done. Charlie communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Dawson’s Electric and Air and will definitely use them again.
7/2/2026 - Rob and Kenny came out today and and installed an Autel EV charger and home and HVAC surge protectors. They did a fantastic job. As always Dawson’s provides an elite level of customer service. Thanks guys! Isaac did a fantastic job. He came for a peace of mind check, checked everything and also checked my Ethernet ports and was able to troubleshoot and fix a hardwire connection problem I had. I can’t say enough good things about Dawson's. Companies should take notes on customer service, it goes a long way. Great companies and service require great people, and Isaac is GREAT!! Give the man a raise 😂 but seriously you can tell he loves what he does, passionate, kind and professional. Dawson's has earned my business for a lifetime if the service maintains its elite status. I do not even shop around for prices anymore, I just appreciate and know what I am getting with Dawson's.
We had a great experience working with Dawson. One of our units was having issues and we were able to get an appointment that week. The technician explained the issues very clearly and offered different solutions. A different team was out the next day to install a new unit, and they worked so quickly and made the entire situation as stress free and easy as possible! Now we’re customers for life and would definitely recommend.
I have been using Dawson's for all of my electrical and HVAC needs for a few years after using multiple companies before. They are simply the best and their techs are friendly and top notch. They always explain things clearly and are always respectful and do good work. I have met close to ten of their employees as they have come and done a lot of work in my home and everyone of them has been fantastic. I highly recommend them for any size job. They have done everything from replacing 3 HVAC units, installing an EV charger when others said I needed a whole new power panel box, to something as simple as switching out a light switch for me. Always on time, always clearly communicate when and what to expect, and are just all around great to work with. A special shoutout to Thomas, who was my tech this evening to remedy an AC problem I was having. He is always great to work with.
Excellent service by Dawson’s!! They did a kitchen renovation for me 2 years ago which entailed a complete rewiring and it was a great experience. I called them back to hang 5 outdoor coach lights, ceiling fan and flood light. Jonathan and Preston deserve 5 stars because of professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and they cleaned up, plus they checked a few other things I requested. I have recommended them to my neighbors without hesitation.
