I normally fix things myself. I bought my last package unit wholesale online and installed it myself. I also have a refrigerant license. However, I have another old unit that the spade terminals totally corroded and the wires fell off the connectors. I called Daniels. A technician named Tyson came out. I was totally impressed with his mastery and understanding of HVAC systems. Daniels does not subscribe to the "replace the unit" (RTU) mentality of some of the other HVAC companies who advertise a lot. Some of the RTU companies give their technicians 3% of the cost of a new system when they sell a new unit. CLEARLY this is a conflict of interest. The RTU companies make more by replacing your unit than they do fixing it. You won't find that at Daniels. Just honest folks who have REAL knowledge of HVAC systems who will give you an honest, knowledgeable opinion. With folks this good, I may quit repairing my own units. I've had it with the RTU companies! A few years ago, when I was out of town, my wife called an RTU company. They came out and recommended unit replacement. She called me and I said NO! When I got home I saw the condenser fan was hitting the grill. I broke of a weed in the edge of the woods and used it to push down the fan. I saw the fan was not properly attached to the collar on the motor shaft. The bolts had backed out. After $0.60, 3 drops of Locktite and about an hour of my time going to the hardware store and replacing the bolts, I had the unit working again. It worked for 5 more years! I diagnosed this with a weed! The RTU company recommended replacement! Never again. I RECOMMEND DANIELS!
Tyson with Daniel’s Heating and Air did an excellent job cleaning my unit. He was nice, friendly, and very informative throughout the entire visit. He noticed a few issues with the system and was able to repair and fix everything the same day, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and honest work. I highly recommend Tyson and Daniel’s Heating and Air!
Every one of their technicians are professional and courteous. Tyson serviced our units today for the seasonal tune up and fixed a few issues to keep our system running in top shape. He was prompt and polite, and thoroughly explained all he was doing. Highly recommend this company.

Daniel‘s Heating and Air is absolutely amazing! We have their maintenance agreement and get a “check up“ twice a year and we always have Tyson as our service technician - he’s the best! He is very professional, explains everything well, and we will continue to ask for him!
