We had an excellent experience with Comfort Services! We called at 7:00 a.m. and received a call back from Nancy, who was friendly, helpful, and got us scheduled right away. Their technician, Clayton, arrived at our home by 11:00 a.m. the very same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part that was still under warranty. The entire process was smooth, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was professional, courteous, and efficient. We truly appreciate the prompt response and quality work. I would highly recommend Comfort Services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service!
Michael was extremely knowledgeable and found the issue with our air conditioner very quickly. What I appreciate the most is he explained everything and showed me. Also, I called last night and left a message at the office and they contacted me first thing this morning! We have had our house maintained annual with Comfort Air and have been very pleased every time!

Always pleased with the efficiency of Comfort Services. Technician Chris was awesome and professional, came out within 30 mins of me placing the call, and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Explained the problem and what was needed to fix it; told me the breakdown and it was fixed right away. Very happy customer, especially in this heat.
I am incredibly impressed with the service we received from Comfort Services! We needed our previous unit replaced. From the first phone call with Lisa, to the options presented to us by Todd, to Pedro the installer, and Michael the inside technician, everyone was phenomenal! I especially have to give a shout out to Pedro. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself and his assistant, let me know exactly what he was going to do each day, and how long it would take. When any of the providers were on the way, we were sent a text. Everyone showed up exactly when expected. The customer service we received from each person exceeded our expectations!
