Coastal Home Services did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC at our home in Atlantic Beach. The two man crew showed up on time at 8am and completed the entire job by mid-afternoon. Matt and his partner were friendly and easy to work with. A Coastal Home electrician also came out that afternoon and re-wired the system to meet current Code. Unit looks and works great. Highly recommend them for HVAC and service.
Michael was excellent. We needed a new water heater. He explained the problem, our options, and what he did thoroughly. He was prompt & very respectful.
I was able to get an appointment on the same day to address a water issue caused by my HVAC system. The technician was professional and able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. He communicated what he had found and gave me options to address the issue. He temporarily fixed the leak and we agreed that replacing the system was the best permanent course of action. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the call and how the technician responded and performed the service
Michael was on time, immediately on the task at hand, repaired the damaged piping quickly and throughly cleaned after himself.great employee with a great company. The company answered my call promptly and quickly assigned me a repair date and time. Answering the phone by a real person may not seem like much, but is more than i can say for the three other company’s that I tried to contact. Overall, a great experience with this company. Thanks for the good work and reasonable pricing.
Shannon was great, very knowledgeable. He came out late Saturday afternoon to get our AC successfully up and running. We thought we might have to wait until Monday. Turned out to be the drain line, but he found the real root cause was a little broken plastic piece causing the leakage, so we should avoid a repeat because of his extra effort and research. We’re also on their service plan and received a discount on the service call. We appreciate it, thanks for the great work and patience to get it done right.
