Avoid this company at all costs. I paid for a repair in November that didn't actually fix my A/C. The technician even admitted he wasn't sure the job was done because of the cold weather and told me to call back if I had issues. When I did, they finished the job and then sent me a second bill for the full amount. I tried to resolve this reasonably with the office, but the owner insisted I pay full price for both visits, effectively double-charging me for one repair. Unprofessional management and predatory billing practices. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.

Climate Control of Charlotte has been maintaining our HVAC units for almost 10 years. They are a very professional group with local friendly customer service. They even replaced a large unit for me and handled the whole process perfectly. I highly recommend Climate control of Charlotte for HVAC repair, maintenance, and replacement to all commercial businesses.

Call MARK with climate control. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped walk me through my issue at the evening and got a service tech out there as soon as possible to take care of my issues very affordable. I would recommend them for future projects. Just wish I could give them more than five stars
