Unreliable, unprofessional, incapable! I trusted him to install a gas furnace in my daughter’s house. Furnace was supposed to be new, only used in trade shows, with a 5 year warranty.Furnace looked very used, but against my instincts, I trusted him. After installing furnace, he couldn’t get it to work. He brought me another furnace, said it was better than the one I paid for. Installation was the shoddiest work you could imagine! I could have done a better job myself with no knowledge of how to do it. I wish I could post a picture of it... unbelievable!!! Now I have to hire a “professional” to either fix it and make it safe to run, or else eat the $1600 and start over! I hope someone reads this and doesn’t make the same mistake I did!!!

I own my own hvac business and had a service call for a guy going by "Rick Baker." I went out to the job, diagnosed the system, made a small repair and told him what was going on. He was not present but told me he would pay over the phone or straight from my invoice that I sent to him. He has since been ignoring me, not sure if he blocked my number or what but I called from a different number and the call is ignored. This companies number called me back and hung up. I then got to looking and there are several numbers listed for this company probably because of the shady things they do, but both of the numbers I have for this person who is ignoring me and not paying the bill belong to this company. I do not know what they are trying to do but this is a huge red flag! I would not ever trust anyone involved with this company, its people like this who give other businesses in this industry a bad name. Scam Artists and Crooks. Probably couldn't diagnose the system themselves so they acted as a customer to get a professional to actually figure out what was wrong.

They Sold me bad unit and the wrong size, the cover tag was missing on the unit and he keep saying "trust me" and I will bring it later, after installing the unit I found that is broken and keep tripping the breaker. I called Chad, but no answer. I start on texting. He respond that NO refund, but will try to find another unit, but his number was disconnected 2 days later.

Was not honest about anything. Very unprofessional and not worth the cheaper price. Took forever to get the job done and still didn't even finish. Had to get another contractor to finish job and would not refund me the money I had already paid him for the job. Poor workmanship. Definitely not recommended.
