⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Martin & Anita at Charlotte Heating & Air I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Charlotte Heating & Air. My AC compressor failed on a Saturday evening, and I was expecting a major headache. I reached out after hours, and Anita responded almost immediately. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring from the very first interaction. Her customer service was exceptional. Martin arrived much sooner than I expected and quickly diagnosed the issue. What impressed me most was how thoroughly he explained the problem and the available solutions in a way that was easy to understand. He took the time to answer my questions, discuss my options, and make sure I was comfortable with the repair plan. Martin was not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely friendly and personable. He had everything repaired and running again remarkably fast. Most importantly, he saved me and my dogs from what would have been an absolute nightmare in the North Carolina heat- which brought an incredible sense of relief. It’s rare to find a company that combines responsiveness, expertise, honesty, and outstanding customer service the way Charlotte Heating & Air does. Anita and Martin both went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for their help. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend Charlotte Heating & Air.

Great company. We've used a few different HVAC companies in Charlotte and some of them have high pressure sales techniques or always have the latest thing they want to try and sell you. However, Charlotte Heating & Air are amazing. They do good, honest work. They came by today and did regular maintenance and I've had people clean my heat pump before but they went the extra mile and spent well over 2 hours dismantling and thoroughly cleaning the unit. I highly recommend this company if you want somet good, thorough, honest work to be done

I speak from a long line of experience in hiring and managing people, and I have to say: Charlotte Heating and Air is doing it right. Their employee, Zo, demonstrated incredible integrity today by helping my wife move our trash cans during a rainstorm. You can tell a lot about a business by how their employees act when 'no one is watching'. Zo is a credit to his team and his trade. They'll be my first call for HVAC services from now on.

The best of the best. In this heat we were desperate to get air but we still did our research. We got estimates from three different companies and we were only treated as people by one. Brian was very detailed, did not try to sell me something I did not need, company is local to Mint Hill, and more reasonable then the other companies. Once we finalized they came out and brought us portable units until we could get installed the next day. They were cheaper than the big guys even with the furnace and purifier. They also have a free year maintenance plan. I do not want my other unit to go down but if it does at least we know who to call. Corey and Braedon installed the unit today and answered all my questions. What a team!

We've been working with Charlotte Heating & Air for a few years now, and they're always great. We have one of their maintenance packages, and I appreciate how easy it is to schedule or make a change with Mary (she's so great!). This quarter we had Zo, who was super quick, professional, thorough, and patient with all of my questions. He had some suggestions, but did not pressure me at all. Also, he so kindly folded up the blanket that I had put down for the attic stairs even thought I said he could just leave it there! Truly great attention to detail and wonderful customer care.
