We recently had Caryl Mechanicals out for an HVAC repair, and overall it was a positive experience. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, answered my questions, and completed the work with minimal intervention from me. He was polite, respectful, and gave me confidence that the repair was being handled properly. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is due to communication from the office. While everyone was courteous, updates were not always proactive, and I found myself having to follow up to confirm appointments and timelines. This isn't meant as a complaint, but rather a suggestion. A simple automated text, email, or quick call confirming that an appointment is still scheduled and a technician is on the way would go a long way toward improving the customer experience. We were without A/C for about 10 days, and with a young child at home, it was understandably stressful. Earlier scheduling or more frequent status updates would have been greatly appreciated. That said, once the work was underway, everything was handled professionally. Overall, I would gladly recommend Caryl Mechanicals. Travis did an excellent job, and with a little improvement in communication from the office, this would easily be a 5-star

Christopher S. came out today to work on our ductwork, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. With 19 years of experience, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and I felt confident trusting his expertise to diagnose the issue and recommend the best solution. He thoroughly inspected both HVAC units and made sure everything was operating properly after completing the repairs. His work was meticulous, and we’ve noticed a significant difference already. Air is now circulating freely throughout the entire house.

Second time having them out to fix a water leak issue with a brand new Heat Pump. Supposedly replaced the condensate pan. Still leaking as it has been. We need this issue repaired or the air handling unit replaced.
