They showed up promptly, kept me informed throughout every step of the installation process, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. I left a message on the Website on Sunday to schedule an appointment for a second opinion. I received a call first thing this morning Monday and they had me scheduled between 11 and one with Anthony. Anthony actually arrived early was very nice and saved me a lot of money. he was very efficient explained everything to me and showed me pictures. I would recommend Carolina air repair any day of the week! Anthony didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need like the prior HVAC company I was using. I appreciate you! I will be recommending Carolina air repair to whoever buys my house and anyone that needs HVAC work.

Had a capacitor on our AC unit fail late on a hot Sunday evening at our home in Clayton, NC. I called Carolina Air that had originally installed our new home’s unit and they responded immediately. Shaina, the scheduler was so kind and concerned about our situation and competently worked her magic to get us the assistance we needed. I can’t say enough about how helpful she was in getting me extra information about service plans I was looking for. Mario Cisneros was the tech who was sent and he was a joy to get to know. Great personality and very knowledgeable about his job. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and was able to get our air up and running within 10 minutes of his arrival. I was so impressed with the quality of this company I immediately signed up for their bi-annual HVAC service contract and Mario was able to do the Spring service right on the spot. If I could give this team 10 stars I would. Looking forward to a long relationship with Carolina Air and their great team.

Wanted to share our gratitude to Carolina Air repair for their quick and efficient response to our disabled AC. My husband and I live in the 55 and over community The Walk in Clayton and have only owned our home a little more than two years. Carolina Air installed the HVAC system for our home when it was constructed and when we lost a capacitor in the middle of the night they were quick to respond the next morning. Our technician was Mario Cisneros and he was wonderful. He quickly discovered the issue and our air was restored in a matter of minutes. The part was covered by warranty and there was no hassle about that at all. We bought a service package for our unit and Mario stayed and performed the first seasonal service while he was there. Can’t say enough positive things about Mario and his whole attitude about his job which you can tell he loves. It was a joy just to get to know him. If he is an example of all the Carolina Air team then you can’t go wrong calling on them for your HVAC service needs.

When we returned home from our 4th of July excursion we faced a very hot upstairs, called Carolina Air and they sent someone out the same day. Thank the lord that it was somethin small and our service tech Mario was able to fix it by replacing the coil. We also had him clean both units, service both units and change filters for both units. I was very pleased with Mario's knowledge and professionalism.
