This entire experience has been first rate, right from the beginning. Robert the sales rep visited our home and looked at everything and provided us a very reasonable and detailed quote. Several weeks later we decided to go with Carolina Air and when I recontacted Robert, he walked me through all the financing and install options. He advised that we should anticipate a 2 day install. Bryan, a site supervisor came over the day before install and also walked through the inside and outside areas where he crew would need to work. He also went to great lengths to explain what we should expect but said he fully expected his guys to get the job done one 1 day. Caleb and Eric arrived on schedule, introduced themselves, explained in what order they would do the install and went right to work. Those 2 were joined by another gentleman and the 3 never took a break. 7:45 am to 3 pm, these guys were quiet professionals and did a phenomenal job, upstairs, downstairs, in the crawl space and outside. As advertised, they cleaned up and took away all the old equipment and the packing materials. I 100% highly recommend Carolina Air for quality AC installs. We are very happy with the entire process.
Called to have my backup generator serviced. I liked that Alyssa let me pick an appointment time but called back to let me know that a technician would be in the area the next day. With high gas prices and the idea that she was efficient, made me like the proactive approach of the company. Ethan, the technician, was on time. He was friendly, professional and open to questions. He not only checked and serviced the generator but he also made sure the relay box was fine. A very pleasant experience and I anticipate that I will work with this company in the future.
Travis was great! He explained everything he was doing and what was going on with our system to keep it working the best. We did purchase a cleaning part for the air handler aft Travis showed us pictures about what was happening.
Charles did an outstanding job during our AC maintenance visit. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the service. He answered all the questions clearly and made sure I understood the condition of our system and any recommendations.
After a couple days of no AC in this humid Eastern NC heat, what a welcome relief when Drexel came today and quickly got our AC back up and running fast! Great service technician, very friendly and knowledgeable! Carolina Air also got us on the schedule quickly. Great service. Great tech. Totally recommend. Two thumbs up!
