The entire process, with Robert who handled the estimate, paperwork, financial, (when I had set backs) and he took them in stride. Handling all, made it happen. The installation crew, Steve, Bradley, Michael & Gavin, were efficient, thorough even took the time to offer pointers and assistance with the repairs to the home’s air ducts. The final step completed by Andy & Johnny checking systems operation, Freon and most importantly, teach me how to use the new monitor was phenomenal. They were personable, charming like having your family hang out during a home project from the start to the finish. I’d not only recommend but Insist that before making any decision, you should call Pernell. Ask for Robert, yes I’m showing a little family favoritism, then you can decide, it’ll be Pernell. And ty Robert for my plumbing company, you were and are correct about Massey being the the go too.
William and Aiden arrived promptly and determined the problem. Our A/C was operating and cooling our house in no time. Both were very professional and friendly. We always call Pernell for HVAC service and we have never been disappointed. We highly recommend Pernell for HVAC sales and service.
I would definitely advise everyone to choose Pernell Heat and Air for your heating and air-conditioning service. William and Aiden were very nice and knowledgeable and they explained everything to you. When they were done with my air-conditioner it looked brand new and runs a lot more efficiently. Scheduled an appointment with the fabulous office staff, who kept me well informed when the technician was running behind. William was fantastic! He walked me through everything he was doing, answered all my questions and was just straight up righteous dude! I am so very happy and satisfied with the experience (I even bought the regular service contract). Just a wonderful company; everyone I've dealt with has just been professional, courteous and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly reccomend!
Today was a scheduled maintenance visit. I had questions about my unit. William showed me the problems with my unit and gave me options. He and his assistant were friendly and respectful. Thanks so much!
