Kaden (onsite technician) and Chris (comfort associate) were both outstanding. Kaden thoroughly checked our HVAC system issues before discussing repair options and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. After deciding replacement was a better option (2008 system), he performed additional reviews and coordinated with Chris to prepare a replacement proposal. I never felt pressured from either Kaden or Chris — they walked me through the options, answered all of my questions, and were honest about what they could and couldn’t confirm (fried wire meant Kaden couldn’t test everything). Their professionalism, technical knowledge, and patience gave me confidence that I was making an informed decision. Highly recommend Kaden and Chris and appreciate the excellent service. Our unit will be replaced Monday after a Saturday service!
Jeremy arrived to inspect the air conditioner that wasn't cooling. He dedicated a few hours to identifying the issue, taking numerous photos of the components that would require repair. He was exceptionally courteous and respectful, and he was receptive to my concerns. He explained the problem with the AC and sent me the detailed information within an hour of leaving my house. The warranty company I'm working with needs the technician to submit the paperwork online, but unfortunately, Call Dad doesn't submit information through this particular warranty company.
We found Call Dad through Duke Energy's Find It Duke tool. They responded super quickly to my request and sent a tech out (Massima Siu) to help. Massima gave us a diagnostic report of our heat pump, reviewed all the findings with us, and answered all my questions. When we ran into an issue a few days later, Call Dad's customer service team was on top of it. They put us back in touch with Massima and he solved the issue on the spot. And their pricing was very generous. Highly recommend!
Great experience from start to finish! Quick turnaround to schedule the service appointment. Tyler communicated as he was on his way and was so helpful in accommodating my request. The service was friendly and fast. The technician that came out was very respectful, polite, and honest. He was patient with questions and didn't try and sell us more than what we needed. The repair he did advise for us to do, he explained why it was needed.
