After shopping around extensively for HVAC work, talking with five different companies, and researching both mini split and forced air options, I decided to go with Bowman for my Mitsubishi mini split installation — and I’m extremely glad I did. Their pricing was excellent, their reviews were excellent, and being a Mitsubishi Diamond Preferred Installer gave me confidence from the beginning. What really stood out though was the professionalism and execution from start to finish. Nathan, the owner, worked directly with me throughout the process, which I really appreciated. It’s rare these days to deal directly with an owner who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The installation team, Christian and Dylan, absolutely crushed it. The install took two days, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, for the exact price quoted. No games, no surprises, no excuses. Their workmanship was excellent, they were respectful of the home, worked hard the entire time, and the finished product looks great and performs even better. If you are considering mini splits or HVAC work in general, I highly recommend Bowman. Out of all the companies I spoke with, I’m confident I made the right choice.

The team at Bowman was top notch. From the initial visit and estimate, to discussing options and finalizing our decision, everyone was easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. They didn’t suggest or push any unnecessary repair or service and clearly laid out the pros and cons of various options in an easy to understand and professional way. We had actually suggested additional upgrades (for an additional cost) and the team talked us out of it as likely being unnecessary and suggested we could easily add in the future at no additional incremental cost if we did later decided to adjust. They were incredibly responsive to our needs and were able to accommodate very tight turnaround times for the ultimate installation of two brand new complete HVAC systems in our home. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Raleigh area.
Fabulous full HVAC service. We’ve used them for years. The office staff are very knowledgeable and answer all our thermostat questions. The technicians are polite, professional and thorough. Roberto came today and was patient with us and answered all our questions. We appreciate having an annual contract with them for that extra insurance. We highly recommend Bowman Heating
Fast, reliable and fair. These guys are great. They always show up in a reasonable amount of time. They don’t try to upsell me or rope me into some maintenance agreement. Highly recommend!!
