They responded quickly to my after hours call regarding my AC unit that stopped working. They were friendly and very prompt in their response. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem that same day. They also answered all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated their service, and would definitely recommend them!

I found Blackwell Heating & AC very professional. I am a retired engineer and I found that everything we discussed was true and to my best advantage. I looked at many other installers and chose Blackwell Heating & AC because they were the best. They replaced my whole house Heat Pump and replaced all of my ductwork. I am very satisfied with their excellent workmanship. It works much better than the 1998 model they replaced. I went from a 4 ton unit to a 5 ton unit and it cost a lot less to operate, both summer and winter. Blackwell Heating & AC cost a little more, but they are well worth the difference. With Blackwell Heating & AC, I know without a doubt that the work will be done right, whether it be installation, cleaning or repair. All the workers are friendly and very professional.
We discovered that the duck broke away from the air handler. Immediately contacted Blackwell Heating and Air and a technician arrived Tuesday morning and assessed the issue. The following morning a service team showed up and corrected the issue. From the time called and throughout the process, I received excellent customer service and respect. Thank you Blackwell Heating and Air.
