Called them to service our old oil furnace, Showed up the next day and repaired the unit. Very hard to find anyone to service these. Was only putting out 80 degree air now it's over 100 degrees. Thank you so much. Looking forward to doing more business in the future!
They are very attentive to my needs and diligently seek to resolve all issues! My AC motor blower quit and I had 2 months left on my 10 yr warranty so all I paid was for diagnosis, labor, part shipping and warranty filing. They have always been fair and even came on Christmas one yr when the heater quit working. I highly recommend Beaufort Carolina Comfort!
I've had to call Beaufort Carolina Comfort twice this summer for unrelated AC problems. Both times they came within 2 hours and had the problem fixed the same day. I highly recommend them. Have done business with them since 2011
Where every other company failed, Beaufort Comfort got it right! They saved me thousands of dollars which others locally wanted to charge me...even up to replacing my 5yr old unit. They have the knowhow and honesty you want from a contractor. Thanks Josh, Brian, and their coworkers. You guys are aces!
They are a terrible company. They came the first day on time but not with what they needed. Said they would be back after lunch to get started. They never showed up. The next day I called to see when they are coming to find out they have reschedule the installation for the following week but did not tell us. The following week they come and the work less than 6 hours a day and it takes them 4 days to do the work. Everything is good. 2 weeks later I get woke up sounding like the house is getting torn apart to find out they have come to take the old duct work out from under the house. No one calls to telle they are coming. They don't knock on the door to let us know they are here. They just go under neath the house and start waking me up thinking something big has gotten under my house. Also the second time they come to install the HVAC system they cut an electrical wire into and they didn't want to fix it. I had no power to my bedroom for a week before they finally decided to come fix it. They knew they had cut it but no one seems to want to fix it. It took several calls to them and getting ugly before they sent someone to fix it. I would not recommend having the do any work. They will be the last company I will call to have anything else done. Very unprofessional.
