Repair team solid. Sales person great. Installers prefect ( loved how they protected my home)! Dad sick with cancer I was in and out and they were understanding, compassionate just prefect! I was so comfortable leaving as much as I did. Especially Josh. CS Communication, call in ( hard to get through) they just once after multiple on different times. So customer service needs MEGA WORK. That part horrible which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars. When I did get the inspection part that person was fast, he was knowledgeable and just as great as the Repair person, Salesman and installers. I do think if you’re running a service maintenance special to have your system checked. WHEN Nothing can be done serviced wise. If customers need additional work or a whole new system like was suggested to me AND your company gets the contract ( I did shop around) to do the work. That fee should be Deducted in the end. That’s just great business. I have given my entire block your company information.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to personally recognize Jameel George from ARS Rescue Rooter for the phenomenal job he did installing our new water heater and replacing our PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve). Jameel was professional, courteous, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. His attention to detail, workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. He arrived on time, completed the installation efficiently, and left everything clean and organized when the job was finished. The new water heater is working perfectly, and the water pressure throughout our home has improved significantly. I had an appointment scheduled with ARS for 10:00 AM, but James didn’t arrive until 11:37 AM, nearly two hours late. While I understand that delays can happen, I would have appreciated better communication and respect for my time. Once he arrived, I was presented with quotes ranging from approximately $14,000 to over $15,000 for a replacement HVAC system. Before making a decision on such a major investment, I asked for an itemized breakdown showing exactly what I was paying for, including the equipment, labor, permits, warranties, and any other charges. James refused to provide an itemized estimate and expected me to make a decision without understanding how the total price was calculated. As a homeowner, I don’t believe it’s unreasonable to want transparency before committing to spending more than $15,000. Because of the late arrival and the lack of a detailed written breakdown, I decided not to move forward and asked him to leave. My advice to anyone considering ARS is to insist on a complete, itemized quote before signing anything. Transparency and customer service matter, especially when you’re making a five figure purchase.

From start to finish ARS has taken less than 24 hours to setup the initial diagnostic, replace the unit at a great price and save me from hearing what's taking so long! 😁 Jameel was awesome to work with! Along with Richard and Aleyandro! To make my experience as less stressful as possible! Take you to Jameel for the artistry in the look of the replacement water heater. Jameel didn't just replace the unit since it's visible in the garage it looks like an art design!

Usually have a pretty good experience with ARS Rescue Rooter but had an installation of a new air conditioning unit and it had to be serviced less than 2 months later as it was not properly installed. Scheduled appointment for service and the technician came two hours after the service time but Michael John came in with courtesy, and respect. Went up in the attic and diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue with the ductwork that should have been done upon inspection and installation. Michael saved the day and made our home a lot cooler once the air conditioned started working again on a day that was very hot, 95 degrees, outside. Thank you Michael John for making a bad day better and cooler for my family.
